In contemporary class this morning with Susan Petry, we did one of our first improv classes as a freshman group. It was interesting to see everyones individual styles show through their dancing as well as play with new tools, like motifs and contact improv.

Improv
This is the first improv I had done outside of a technique class since coming to OSU. In the future, I aim to vary my movement more and incorporate floor work. I also strive to switch movement qualities itself within my improv, seeing as a fall back on a more fluid, circular feel in my improv most of the time.
